RETURNS & REFUNDS
EASY EXCHANGES
We made our exchange policy as easy as possible! Within 30 days of your original order date.
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. It is not within our normal policy to refund orders or items. We typically do not accept returns, refunds or replacements due to user error such as an incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
If you believe that mistakes are from us lead to such errors in different sizes, color or style, please email us at contact@PhuongNgocc.myshopify.com . Include your original order number, email address and name on the order as well as the details of the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason you would like to make the exchange. We will have your item reprinted and shipped to you as quickly as possible.
REPLACEMENT ORDERS
We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment within 5 business days for any of the following reasons:
- · You receive an incorrect item
- · Your order contains damaged product(s)
- · Your order has a printing mistake
- · Part of your order is missing from the package
- · You do not receive your order but it has been marked as delivered by USPS or DHLGlobalmail.
- · You can contact us at contact@PhuongNgocc.myshopify.com to get a replacement on its way to you ASAP! Please include your original order number and the details on what item(s) you would like us to replace and the size you would prefer.
CHANGES TO ORDERS NOT YET SHIPPED
Our production facility is automated for processing orders as fast as possible so your customer gets the order ASAP. Unfortunately, because of our automated process, any requests to change an order must be submitted before the item has entered production. Please contact us to follow our mail : suppor@PhuongNgocc.myshopify.com before we in production. This prevents it from being ordered and put into production, which allows customer service an opportunity to make any changes. Once the change is made, the order is taken off hold and put back into the system. If it already says ‘Being Fulfilled’ though, it is too late to put it on hold. Once an order has entered production, it is going to be decorated and we are no longer able to edit the order.
CANCELLATIONS
Changed you mind after you’ve ordered? Do you need to cancel the order? We can help you with that! Contact us through email at contact@PhuongNgocc.myshopify.com or though chat on our website and we be more than happy to help you with the issue. We will issue your refund back to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days.
RETURNS
If you receive an item you are not completely satisfied with, please email us contact@PhuongNgocc.myshopify.com any time day or night.
Our customer service team is happy to help answer any questions you may have regarding your return via email or chat.
Who Is Responsible for Return Label?
PhuongNgocc.MYSHOPIFY.COM will provide a pre-paid label for anything that was damage, miss printed, or defective. For all other cases, return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.
Process Returns
Once we receive the return please allow 6-10 days business to process you. Returns. All returns will be processed through our inspection department for approval.
Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded.
We cannot accept customers return or exchanges if any product has been washed, worn, or over 30 days.
